During her research work, Lamia was particularly interested in quantifying CO2 emissions over the Paris area.

After several years in the field of educational engineering in biostatistics, Lamia began working as a patent engineer in 2017. She works in many technical fields, and more particularly in various areas of physics. More specifically, Lamia works on cases relating to mechanics, optics, semiconductor physics, photovoltaic cells, laser instrumentation, image processing, artificial intelligence, signal processing and telecommunications.

Maël is an engineering graduate of ENSEIRB-MATMECA in Telecommunications and holds a Master 2 in Economics of Intellectual Property. During these courses, he studied computer science, signal processing and networks, as well as the economics of innovation and sector intelligence.

During his studies he developed web and mobile applications using Machine Learning and in particular pattern recognition, automatic classification and speech recognition.

After an end-of-studies internship as a Patent Engineer in industry, he joined our firm in 2018.

As a patent attorney, he worked in particular on telecommunications, IT, especially operating systems, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and electronics, especially signal processing and spintronics. He handles all aspects related with patents, and especially patent drafting, examination, freedom-to-operate studies and financial valuation of patents.

After several years in the field of educational engineering in biostatistics, she joined a first IP Counsels firm in 2016. Before working in the IP field, Mickaël worked for ten years as a computer engineer in France and abroad.

In 2017, he then worked as a patent engineer in a large company specialized in software development before joining Camus-Lebkiri in 2022.

Mickaël specializes in digital simulation, and has particular technical skills in artificial intelligence, including neural networks, in computer-aided design, 3D rendering, programming and networking, cyber-defense and MedTech.

Corentin holds a Ph.D. in Signal and Image Processing from CentraleSupélec – Université Paris-Saclay in partnership with the CEA-LIST. From a generalist university background, he specialized in mechanical waves with a Master 2 in Acoustics at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, then, during his thesis, in Signal Processing and Machine Learning for Non-Destructive Testing of complex media.

Corentin joined the firm in 2021 and works on several topics, including signal and image processing, computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, medical technologies and electronics.

Thierry SCHMIT specialises in IT, networks, telecommunications and signal processing.

He is a graduate of CEIPI and worked for a long time as a patent engineer in a major law firm, specialising in embedded software for monitoring industrial processes in a rugged environment, php, C# and Python programming and inter-process communications in a heterogeneous environment and SOA architecture.

Before joining our firm in February 2012, he worked for a number of years for a software publisher.

His dual skills enable him not only to monitor patent files but also to act as CIO.

She then joined an IP firm as mechanic team director where she took care of the portfolio of various applicants and participated in several counterfeit seizures and numerous patent matters. She is also member of EPI, LES and AIPPI.

From a generalist university background, he specialized in mechanical waves with a Master 2 in Acoustics at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, then, during his thesis, in Signal Processing and Machine Learning for Non-Destructive Testing of complex media.

Corentin joined the firm in 2021 and works on several topics, including signal and image processing, computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, medical technologies and electronics.

Béatrice is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Féminine, with a specialization in computer systems. She is also a graduate of CEIPI and Industrial Property Counsel.

She acquired her experience in industrial property in several Parisian Industrial Property law firms before joining the Camus-Lebkiri team in 2016. Béatrice is in particular in charge of drafting patent applications, monitoring patent grant procedures with French (INPI), European (EPO) and foreign offices and patentability and freedom to operate studies.

Béatrice works in particular in the fields of mechanics, electronics and optics, applied in particular to the automobile, aeronautics and the field of data security.

Valérie Sandras-Courbot is an administrative and legal assistant.

From 1989 to 2008, she worked in a number of Parisian law firms and attended ENADEP (Ecole Nationale de Droit et de Procédure), where she obtained a postgraduate diploma.

She joined our firm on 1 September 2010

Thierry SCHMIT specialises in IT, networks, telecommunications and signal processing.

He is a graduate of CEIPI and worked for a long time as a patent engineer in a major law firm, specialising in embedded software for monitoring industrial processes in a rugged environment, php, C# and Python programming and inter-process communications in a heterogeneous environment and SOA architecture.

Before joining our firm in February 2012, he worked for a number of years for a software publisher.

His dual skills enable him not only to monitor patent files but also to act as CIO.
