Stéphanie Rito has over 20 years of professional experience in law firms and in-house. She has experience in managing portfolios of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names for small and large companies in a wide variety of sectors (aeronautics, luxury goods, electronics, etc.).

Her skills include managing and developing national and international trademark and design portfolios; developing strategies for filing French, Community and international trademarks and designs; monitoring registration procedures; prior art searches; negotiating and drafting coexistence agreements, licensing agreements and assignment agreements; implementation, preparation and monitoring of French and Community administrative and judicial procedures; implementation and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation procedures; collaboration with lawyers; participation in counterfeit seizures; monitoring of legal proceedings; legal advice.
